I am proud to announce that today the Bannock County Commissioners approved a resolution giving some protection to 2nd Amendment rights.
The resolution does not designate Bannock County as a sanctuary. It does give the County and the Sheriff’s department the ability to refuse to enforce Federal laws that we feel infringe upon 2nd Amendment rights.
Growing up in rural Idaho I appreciate the protection of the 2nd Amendment. I support the individuals right to keep and bear arms and will work to ensure those rights stay in place.
